Bombardier is a buss compressor designed for smooth, musical processing of complex material such as drum groups, vocal stems, and full stereo mixes.

Its RMS compression engine makes it especially suitable for mix-bus and mastering roles, including workflows where you mix into the compressor from the start.

Compression is ultimately about balancing what you hear with what meters show. Bombardier includes a broad preset set to provide useful starting points while you dial in your own result.

It also nods to classic hardware buss-compression character, with nonlinear and frequency-variant behavior available when you want more attitude.

Bomb mode provides effectively instantaneous attack/release behavior with unusually smooth gain reduction, from mastering polish to aggressive single-track effects.
